Research Room closure

The Research Room is now closed for Christmas and the New Year (and for cataloguing in January) and will reopen at 10am on Tuesday 6th February 2018. With all good wishes for Christmas and every happiness in the coming year. Pam Elliott Research Room Manager & Archivist.

Open Day

Saturday 14th October 10am to 4pm at the Research Room, Raylor Centre, James Street, York. Vast collection of family history resources as well as internet access to family history sites. Meeting admission charge

Please note as from Wednesday 1st February there will be a small admission charge of £1.00 for members and £2.00 non-members at our meetings.   Meetings take place on the 1st Wednesday of each month (apart from January) at New Earswick Indoor Bowls Club, Huntington Road, York Y032 9PX – doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm until 9.30pm.  […]
